economical

Looking for an affordable and convenient way to improve your health and wellness? Look no further! Our virtual classes offer an easy solution to help you reach your goals.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions, interact with the instructor and other participants.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Staying motivated and consistent with your at-home workout routine can be a challenge but virtual classes can definitely help! Unlike downloading an app or video, virtual classes require you to make an appointment. This commitment to a set class time is a great way to help you stay motivated and accountable.

It's very easy to come up with excuses to skip your workout or to put it off until tomorrow. When you sign up for a virtual class, you are make an appointment with yourself to prioritize your health, wellness and self-care.

No commuting

Why deal with the hassle of driving to the studio when virtual classes can offer you a convenient and stress-free alternative? No sitting in traffic, no worrying about bad weather or dealing with unexpected construction delays.

Virtual classes, help you save time and reduce stress by completely eliminating the need to commute. This allows you to focus on your class and your own feelings of well-being, rather than the logistics of getting to and from the studio.

clear view & sound

In a virtual class, you'll always have a front-row seat! No more struggling to see your instructor due to crowded classes or having your view blocked by latecomers setting up their mats directly in front of you.

If you normally have trouble  hearing in class, a virtual class allows you the option to adjust the speaker volume or even wear headphones so that you can hear cues and directions much more clearly.

Practice self-care

It is very important to listen to your body and to honor its needs. However, this can be much easier said than done! We might sometimes put unnecessary pressure on ourselves to "keep up" with the pace of a class, even if our body is telling us to slow down or to take a break.

Virtual classes offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel empowered to modify your workouts.

Feel free to take breaks, go at your own pace and feel confident in your ability to listen to your body and make the best choices for yourself during class.

convenience

During an in-person class, unexpected interruptions like needing to use the bathroom or being on call for work or family situations can easily pull your focus from your workout and potentially disrupt the class for other attendees . With virtual classes, these interruptions don't have to be a concern.

Virtual classes give you the convenience and flexibility to participate in your workout on your own terms. If you need to step away for a few minutes or can only stay for part of the class, that's okay! Enjoy as much of the class as you're able to and pick up where you left off when you return.

comfort

Create your own personalized experience! Whether you prefer your space to be warm and humid, cool and breezy, flooded with bright natural light, or dimly lit with scented candles, you have complete control to set the vibe which allows you to feel at ease and inspired.

Many of us can also feel left out of the mainstream yoga studio environment. If you are a BIPOC or a person in an older, larger, or differently-abled body, you may discover that you feel more comfortable learning yoga in your own safe and comfortable space as opposed to possibly "feeling othered" in a traditional studio setting.

If you'd feel more comfortable having complete privacy, keep your camera turned off and participate in class anonymously.
