Release of Liability

By joining any Virtual Group Class, Workshop,  Virtual Private Lesson, etc,  you are wholly agreeing to the following Release of Liability Statement. You agree to the following statement whether I book the class/appointment for you, or you choose to book it yourself via this website's online booking feature:

I certify that I have been examined by a physician in the past year and have been found by such physician to be in good physical health and able to perform the yoga, Pilates and fitness exercises including those performed on the Pilates apparatus or with the use of small props that I am to learn and perform under the guidance of Ebony Bitner and Light & Love Yoga.
 
I understand that classes, workshops and lessons offered by Ebony Bitner may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. I will not hold the instructor or her partners responsible for any injuries suffered by me caused in whole or in part by my failure to faithfully follow instructions or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to the instructor verbally or in writing at this time.  
 
I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in yoga, Pilates and fitness theory and exercise only, and will not hold the instructor or her partners to any higher standard of care than that of the yoga, Pilates and fitness theory and applicable exercises including those performed with the use of small props which are often incorporated into classes.
